Your coach will be with you every step of the way. Expect daily contact through our mobile coaching app, weekly video response check-ins, and consistent guidance tailored to your personal goals. How customizable are the nutrition plans?
Entirely! We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Based on this, your coach will develop a nutrition plan that fits perfectly with your needs, whether you're at home, at the gym, or on the go. Plans are regularly updated to reflect your progress and any changes in your circumstances.
What happens if I can't attend a live Zoom session?
We understand that life gets busy. All our live sessions are recorded and available for you to watch at a more convenient time. Additionally, you can always reach out to your coach or the community for a recap and any follow-up questions you might have.
Can the coaching accommodate special dietary needs?
Absolutely. Whether you have allergies, are following a specific diet like veganism or keto, or have medical dietary restrictions, our coaches are equipped to create a plan that safely and effectively meets your nutritional needs.
Is there a minimum commitment period for the coaching programs?
Our programs are designed to deliver results over a period of time, which is why we require a minimum commitment of six months. This duration allows you to fully integrate the habits and see the physical and mental benefits of your personalized plan.
How do I track my progress?
We use a comprehensive online platform coupled with a mobile app where you can easily track your daily habits, nutrition, and workouts, consistency, body weight, measurements, photos and even an option to log your food directly into the app. Your coach will also review your progress during your weekly check-ins, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
What if I’m not satisfied with my results?
We strive for your satisfaction and success. If you're not seeing the results you expected, we encourage an open dialogue with your coach. Often, small adjustments can make a big difference. Additionally, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with a refund for the first month if you’re not completely satisfied with the coaching service.
Can I upgrade or switch between plans?
Yes, you can adjust your coaching plan as your needs change. Upgrading, downgrading, or switching between the nutrition-only and training-and-nutrition plans can be easily done through your client dashboard or by speaking directly with your coach.
