Cancellation policy

HungryFitness Terms and Conditions

At HungryFitness, we value clarity and fairness in all our policies. Please carefully review the terms for each of our subscription offerings below.

1. HF Physique Training App

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime through your app account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, allowing continued access until the subscription period ends. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual period. No refunds or credits are issued for unused months.

Payment Failures

  • In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to process the payment every 24 hours for up to 5 days. If your payment method is not updated within this period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

2. 1:1 Coaching Subscription

HungryFitness offers flexible options for 1:1 Coaching, either as a month-to-month plan or a prepaid package at a discounted rate.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Automatic Renewal: Monthly coaching subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. New clients are eligible to cancel their monthly subscription after 6 consecutive monthly withdrawals. 

Prepaid Packages

  • Discounted Rates: Prepaid packages lock in a discounted monthly rate for the duration of the subscription, which automatically renews each month until canceled.

Payment Failures

  • For all 1:1 Coaching subscriptions, failed payments will be reattempted every 24 hours for up to 5 days. If payment information is not updated within this period, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

3. Special Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected events may occur. Refunds or cancellations outside of our standard policy may be considered in special cases (e.g., medical issues or emergencies) on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at michaela@hungryfitness.co if you believe your situation qualifies.
